| Delivery Packaging and Receipts |
| All parcels are discreetly packaged for your privacy. The contents can only be determined by actually opening the package. No adult-oriented "stickers" or ads appear on the outside. The amount of products you order will determine what type of packaging is used. Most orders ship in plain envelopes inside USPS Priority/Global Priority mail envelopes or boxes.

| Online security is, of course, a primary concern. This site employs the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol for all online transactions. Your order information is not kept on the web server—after your order is download, it stays off the server (thus, no one has any online access to your information). |

| Paypal is our prefered method of payment. It is the quickest and most secure method of ordering with us. Once checkout is complete, you will be directed to PayPal to make payment and then returned to this site. |
| Credit Cards |
| All Credit Card payments are made through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit card with our account, but it speeds things up if you do. Once checkout is complete, you will be directed to PayPal to make payment and then returned to this site. |

| Check/Money Order |
| Checks and money orders are acceptable. We do not process checks electronically but the old fashioned way through physical bank deposit. Once your order is confirmed, you will be sent an email with corect full name and address to send the check/money order to. Do NOT send check or money order before recieving this email! Items paid by Money Order are sent as soon as the money order is recieved. Items paid by check will be held until the check has cleared. If payment is not recieved within 10-15 business days, the items will be removed from hold and placed back for sale. |

| What happens if my credit card is declined or my check bounces? |
We will contact you in the event that your credit card is declined. We will then ask for an alternate card number to use.
We will notify you if your bank does not honor your check. We will charge you a $30.00 processing fee if this occurs.

| What happens after I have placed my order? |
| All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you have provided us with a correct email address, then once the order is processed, you will get a confirmation email that will relate to you your order number, shipping charges, total charges, and tracking number. If you do not receive one, then you may use the "Contact Us" page to request your tracking number. |
| What do I do if I have a question about my order? |
| If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us by using the convenient General Inquiries Email Form. |
| What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock? |
| All items are in stock. If there are ever any stock errors, a refund will be issued immediately. |
| How do I cancel or change an order? |
Gay Pleasures endeavors to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the day that they are submitted. You may cancel your order by using the Cancellation Form. We will then send you a cancellation confirmation.
We cannot guarantee cancellation requests made after 4:00 PM EST. If we have already shipped your order to you by the time you request a cancellation, then we suggest that you refuse the order when it arrives. When the package comes back, we will refund you all of your money, except for the shipping charges.

| When a shipment is refused the customer will incur the expense of all shipping charges. |
| What do I do if I want to return a product? |
We do not provide refunds for any of our collectible items.
We will only accept returns for new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please use the Return Form to notify us that you would like to return your purchase. We will issue you a shipping label that includes a return authorization number. If an order is returned without a return authorization number, we will refuse it. The returned merchandise must be in its original box and must include all paperwork. If the item was shrink-wrapped, the shrink-wrap must not be opened. Again, no refunds will be given for products that cannot be sold as new.
We will issue refunds for the product only. Customers will incur the expense of all shipping charges.

| What do I do if the product I received is damaged? |
| If you have received your order and one or more products have been damaged during shipment, then please notify us within 5 days of receipt in order to receive either a replacement or refund. Please use the Damaged Product Form so that we may issue a claim with the carrier. After we have received claim confirmation from the carrier, we will send you either a replacement product or provide you with a full refund (depending upon what you wish). You must keep the original packaging and paperwork along with the product in order to make a claim. |
| What do I do if the product I received is defective? |
| If your product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt by using the Defective Product Form. We will send you a shipping label, at no extra cost to you, in order to send the defective product back. Once we have received the defective product, we will ship out to you a replacement product, again, at no extra cost to you, or issue a refund if the item is no longer in stock. |
| I should have received my order by now—What do I do? |
| If you have been informed that your order has shipped and it has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us using the General Inquiries Email Form. We will need your invoice number, name, and phone number. Any product that is lost in shipping will be reshipped without extra cost to you or a refund issued if the item is no longer in stock. |

| How long should I expect before I receive my order? |
| Gay Pleasures endeavors to ship in-stock orders within 24-48 hours after having received them on normal business days. The length of time that it takes for the order to reach you depends upon the shipping method you choose and distance to you. |
| What do you charge for shipping and what shipping methods do you offer? |
| We ship all items via USPS. For domestic shipments, we charge $5.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. For International shipments, we charge $10.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. Please note that our system does not recognise an address as being domestic or international. If your shipping address is not within the continintal United States, you must choose Global Priority shipping. |
| How do I ship to a different address? |
| Our website provides a separate “Ship-To" section on the order form page. Fill it out in order to ship to an address different from the billing address. Invoices will be sent to the billing address, and not the shipping address. |
| Changes in Ship-To Information |
| A customer will incur a $10.00 processing fee for any changes made to an order’s shipping address after the time that it has been already shipped. |
| Undeliverable Shipments |
| An undeliverable shipment is either any order that is going to an invalid shipping address or an order that the carrier has attempted three times to deliver without success. In this situation the customer will incur all shipping charges, even if the order included free shipping. |
| Can I get a tracking number for my order? |
| Once we have shipped your product, we will email you your tracking number. If you do not receive one, then you may contact us using the General Inquiries Email Form in order to find out what your tracking number is. |

| You must be 21 years of age to place an order with us. |
| Within the United States: |
| We ship anywhere in the United States with the following exceptions: Jacksonville, Florida; Tallahassee, Florida; Mississippi; North Carolina; Cincinnati, Ohio; Tennessee; Utah; US Territories; In Texas, we can ship to Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio only. |

| We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom (Great Britian). Refunds/exchanges are not offered for international orders. We follow all Customs rules and regulations. The customer assumes full responsibility for any items held by customs. It is the customer's responsibility to abide by the laws of their country as applies to the items we sell. |

| DVD Regional Coding |
Most general release DVD’s are coded for region 1.
Most adult DVD’s have no regional coding, meaning that they can be played worldwide.
DVD players sold in PAL countries can recognize and play both discs that are coded for their region and discs that are not region coded, even those in NTSC countries.

| What is DVD-ROM content? |
| DVD-ROM content will only play on computers that have DVD drives. Additionally, most DVD-ROM content requires an active Internet connection. |
| What do the numbers next to the languages mean? |
| The numbers refer to the sound mixes in which the film is available, and indicates the maximum number of speakers that the film can use. Thus, if the number is "2.0," then the sound mix is in stereo, and utilizes only the left and right speakers. "5.1" means that all 5 speakers (front left, center and right, and back left and right) plus the subwoofer are used. A 5.1 mix will still play on a system that only has two speakers. |
| What is DTS? |
| DTS, like Dolby, is a brand name for a method of DVD sound compression. However, while all DVD players support Dolby, not all support DTS. If there is a choice offered between DTS and Dolby discs, check your manual to see if your system can support DTS. |
| What is an aspect ratio? |
| Television sets are almost square-shaped: they are 1.33 times as wide as they are high. However, when movies play in theaters, they are rarely this shape; instead, they are more often rectangular, with ratios of width to height as wide as 2.35:1. DVDs that present the original theatrical image will have the first number from this ratio listed on our site. While they will play on any TV and any DVD player, they will have black bars on the top and bottom of the image so that they will fit on your screen. If a disc is listed as "pan & scan", it will fill up your TV screen, but some of the original's image will be lost at the edges. |
| What does anamorphic mean? |
| Not much right now, unless you are lucky enough to have a wide screen TV. But in the future, you'll probably get one, and a disc that has anamorphic enhancement will have extra lines of resolution and fill up your screen beautifully. |
| A note about the adult material: |
We are extremely adamant about carrying only those items that come from studios that only use models/performers that are of the legal adult age (at least 18 years old). We only carry products that are made by studios that keep (kept) legal documentation of their performer's ages on file.
While we feel that adult material should be available to all adults who wish to view it in the privacy of their own homes, we will continue to prevent minors from either participating in, or viewing such materials. We feel very strongly about this, and require all entrants to adult sites to proclaim that they are over 21 years of age. In some cases we may even require an additional signature to purchase adult materials. In short, we feel that adult material is for adults only.
